Say hello.
Will my iPhone work?
You need an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence, running iOS 26 or later. Turn on Apple Intelligence and finish its downloads. Updating iOS alone won’t make an older iPhone compatible.
Open Settings → Apple Intelligence & Siri to check availability and setup. Your language, region and available storage can affect whether it’s ready. See Apple’s current requirements for supported iPhones and languages.
Chat isn’t answering
Check that Apple Intelligence is turned on. If it’s still downloading, connect to Wi-Fi and make sure your phone has enough storage. Follow the steps in Settings, then reopen Pond.
Once setup is complete, everyday chat can work offline. Search, images and weather need the internet. Without a connection, try rewriting a message or planning from your own notes.
Calendar, Reminders and dictation
These features are optional. Check Pond’s permissions in iPhone Settings. Pond can read your calendar and reminders, but can’t create or change them. Turn off access whenever you like.
To ask out loud, allow microphone and speech access. Your phone also needs to support speech recognition without the internet. You can always type instead.
Manage your information
Review and remove conversations and saved memories in the app. Your chats stay on your phone, so our team can’t recover them for you.
For a privacy request about information you have sent us, email support with “Pond privacy” in the subject. Read the privacy policy for your rights. Accounts and syncing across devices are planned for a later release.
When can I download Pond?
Pond is coming soon. We’ll add the App Store or TestFlight link here when it’s ready.
For a bug report, include your iPhone model, iOS version, what you expected and what happened. Screenshots can help, but remove private chat text or personal information first. Do not send passwords.
